Usage Instructions

Pour cold water & 1 Kg Sugar Shine Cake Premix into a mixing bowl & whisk at low speed for 1 minute.
Increase the speed & whisk for about 3-4 minutes.
Reduce the speed of the mixer, add oil and whisk the batter for 2 minutes at low speed.
Scale the batter into well-greased cake molds.
Bake at 170°C for 30-35 minutes.
